Approach
Rigorous methodology.
Pragmatic delivery.
Five steps, each grounded in a recognised standard, each designed to leave the client more capable than when we arrived.
Listen
Every engagement starts with structured elicitation: interviews, document analysis, observation. Before we propose anything, we make sure we understand the problem in the client's own words. We document what we hear, check our understanding, and build a shared vocabulary.
Example artefacts
Stakeholder interviews · Current-state documentation · Problem statements
Map
We translate what we've heard into structured artefacts. The goal is shared clarity, a picture the client can react to. When everyone is looking at the same map, disagreements surface early, where they're cheap to resolve.
Example artefacts
Capability maps · Process models (BPMN) · Requirements catalogue · Stakeholder map
Decide
With clarity established, decisions get easier. We facilitate the trade-off conversations and document the decisions so they hold up under scrutiny later. We don't make the decisions. We make them easier to make well.
Example artefacts
Decision log · Options analysis · RACI / governance model
Architect
We design the target state, whether process, data, application, or AI capability, at the level of detail needed to act, not more. We design for the organisation you're becoming, not just the one you are.
Example artefacts
Architecture roadmap · Transition architectures · Application / data landscape · ArchiMate views
Enable
We support the people who will live with the change: training, communication, governance, and post-go-live review. Every deliverable is built to be re-used by the client's own team after we've left.
Example artefacts
Adoption plan · Training materials · Governance model · Post-implementation review
Not templates to be handed over. Shared languages for precision, applied with judgement.
